陆梁油田生产系统腐蚀影响因素的灰关联分析

Grey Relational Analysis on Influence Factors of Corrosion in Production System of Luliang Oilfield

  • 摘要: 陆梁油田的腐蚀环境恶劣、腐蚀影响因素众多、腐蚀机理复杂, 难以准确地建立生产系统腐蚀的数学预测模型。采用室内挂片失重法, 选择油田生产系统所处环境温度, 油田产出液的pH值、Cl-含量、HCO3-含量、Ca2+含量、Mg2+含量和SO42-含量共7个腐蚀影响因素为子因素, 以腐蚀速率为母因素, 进行动态腐蚀模拟实验, 并应用灰关联理论的分析方法对这7种影响因素进行排序, 以确定不同影响因素对陆梁油田油套管用N80钢和地面集输管道用20号低碳钢的腐蚀影响规律。研究分析结果表明: 对N80油套管和20号低碳钢集输管道腐蚀影响程度较大的因素依次为环境温度和油田产出液的pH值。

     

    Abstract: Due to the serious corrosion environment, numerous influencing factors of corrosion and complicated corrosion mechanism in Luliang Oilfield, it is difficult to accurately establish a mathematics prediction model for its production system, The indoor weight-loss method was employed in the dynamic simulation experiment, Then, the corrosion rate was chosen as the main factors of corrosion, while 7 parameters such as content of Cl-, HCO3-, Ca2+, Mg2+, SO42- pH value in the produced fluid and environmental temperature of production system and so on were chosen as the sub-factors of corrosion, In order to determine the effect of those 7 sub-factors on the corrosion performance of N80 casing and #20 low-carbon steel used in gathering pipeline of Luliang Oilfield, the sequence of influence factors for those 7 sub-factors was analyzed using grey relational analysis method.Results demonstrated that the significant sequence of influence for those 7 sub-factors was environmental temperature and pH value of the produced fluid.
