川气东送管道土壤腐蚀埋片试验

Field Coupon Testing on the Soil Corrosivity of Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 埋地管道的土壤腐蚀对管道的安全经济运营造成不利影响。川气东送管道埋设距离长, 土壤和水文地质条件复杂, 易遭受土壤腐蚀。通过对管道干线沿线典型土壤的理化性质进行现场测试, 并开展现场腐蚀埋片试验, 得出川气东送管道沿线土壤的腐蚀类型和腐蚀性强弱。根据试验结果, 川气东送管道沿线土壤的腐蚀性较强, 处于劣等级的土壤占管道工程全程的1/3以上, 应对管道实施有效的腐蚀防护处理。

     

    Abstract: The soil corrosivity affects the safe and economical operation of buried pipeline, The complexity of soil, hydrological and geological conditions along Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline may make the soil corrosion easily occurred, The type and degree of soil corrosion along this pipeline were obtained after field coupon testing and field measurement of soil physicochemical properties were carried out, The results showed that the corrosivity of soil along this pipeline was high, For more than 1/3 pipe sections in this pipeline were laid in corrosive soil, It is very important to implement effective anticorrosion protection for those pipe-sections.
