  • 摘要: 单井计量是油田开发和生产过程中的重要环节之一, 目前大庆油田采用的翻斗量油等计量技术, 投资较高。为了解决投资高的问题, 同时提高计量的稳定性, 研制了温差式单井计量装置。温差式单井计量装置工作原理是: 通过测量流体流过计量装置的温升值ΔT, 折合计算油井的产液量。装置由加热器、温度传感器和预处理电路等组成, 并采用高精度温度变送器实现高精度温度差值ΔT的测量, 同时对确定加热功率、优化装置结构、实现数据存取和后期回放等关键技术进行研究。现场应用试验表明: 该装置不仅可以提高计量的稳定性和准确性, 而且在降低投资的同时实现了在线监测与连续计量, 应用前景广阔。

     

    Abstract: Individual-well metering is one of the important links in oil field development and producing process, Currently, Daqing Oilfield uses the high cost tipping-bucket metering technique, In order to reduce the cost and increase the gauging stability at the same time, the thermal individual-well apparatus is developed, the working principle of which is to calculate the producing liquid amount of individual well by measuring the temperature increase ΔT of the liquid, which flows through the metering apparatus, The apparatus is composed of heater, thermal sensor and pre-processing electrical circuit, etc, Also, the high-precision thermal transducer is utilized to measure the temperature difference ΔT The key points of determining the heating power, optimization of apparatus structure, data access and post replay, etc, are also investigated, Field applications show that the apparatus can not only increase the metering stability and accuracy, but also realize the online monitoring and continuous gauging at lower cost with a broad application prospect.
