Cable Transport Technology of Repair Equipment for Pipeline in Mountain Areas

  • 摘要: 针对山区地段传统管道抢修设备运输方式效率较低的问题, 借鉴架空索道技术, 通过对架空索道线路原理、运输工艺以及设备组成等进行分析, 提出将缆索运输作为大型抢修设备短距离快速运输的一种方式。依托某成品油管道山区陡坡地段的维抢修作业, 研究了一种快拆装模块化缆索运输技术, 基于相关技术指标, 通过对不同方案进行技术比选和适应性研究, 确定以单索往复滑轮张紧方案(PRT-I型) 作为缆索运输系统选用方案, 同时通过对不同支架锚固方案进行比选, 确定以卧式地垄方案为基础进行锚固方案的设计和优化, 并建议在特别复杂的地段准备固定基础或为锚固方案作前期准备。

     

    Abstract: A short distance and rapid transit method for large-scale repair equipment based on cable transport technology is proposed by analyzing the aerial cableway principle, transport process and equipment constitution, This new method uses the reference of aerial cableway technology and can improve the efficiency of conventional transport method of repair equipment for pipeline in mountain areas, A quick dismounting and assembling modular cable transport technology is studied, and the method of single-cable reciprocating pulley tensioning, PRT-I model, is determined as the scheme of cable transport system on the basis of relevant technical indexes by the comparison of a couple of technical schemes and applicability study, The horizontal ridge is selected as the design and optimize scheme of anchoring for the base by the comparison of a couple of support anchoring schemes, and the preparations ot fixed base or anchoring schemes are proposed in extraordinarily complicated zones.
