原油加热炉油改气系统的测试与分析
Testing and Analysis on Oil/Gas Dual-purpose Heater System of Crude Oil

摘要: 中国石油管道公司2009年对5台加热炉的燃烧系统进行技术改造, 将原雾化燃烧机更换为油气两用燃烧机, 方便了燃油和燃气的转化燃烧。对不同型号加热炉采用不同型号的燃油燃气两用燃烧机的燃油和燃气运行参数进行测试, 给出了测试过程中热负荷和热效率的计算公式, 介绍了测试仪器, 分析了燃料油和燃料天然气的化学组成和热值。原油加热炉燃烧系统改为油气两用燃烧机后, 加热炉可以方便地对燃油和燃气进行选择, 而且无论大、中、小负荷, 在燃用原油或天然气时, 均能在空气系数很小的状况下充分燃烧, 满足生产工艺要求, 热效率有所提高。但燃烧天然气时没有可燃物控制和监测装置的问题有待解决。Abstract: The combustion systems of 5 heaters were technically reformed by PetroChina Pipeline Company in 2009.The initial atomiza-tion burners were replaced by oil gas dual-purpose burners, which favored the conversion and combustion of fuel oil/gas.Oil/gas operating parameters of the dual-purpose burners with different types were measured on different type heaters.The calculation formulae of heat load and heating efficiency in the course of testing were demonstrated, testing apparatus were introduced and the chemical compositions and heat values of fuel oil/natural gas were analyzed.Fuel oil/gas can be conveniently chosen by crude oil heater after the combustion systems were replaced by oil.gas dual-purpose burners, and that the fuel can be completely burnt in the case of low air coefficient when oil or natural gas were combusted whatever large, middle or small thermal loads were, which met the operation demands and improved the heating efficiency of heater system.Yet.lack of devices to control and monitor the combustibles during natural gas burning needed to be considered.
