气-水合物浆液两相流动模拟计算

Numerical Simulation of Gas-Hydrate Slurry Two-phase Flow

  • 摘要: 多相流的研究已有近40年的历史, 但对含水合物多相管流的研究很少见。针对油-气-水-水合物多相混输问题, 将水合物固体颗粒与液相作为拟流体浆液处理, 给出了气-水合物浆液水力、热力及相平衡的稳态计算方法, 并将计算结果与实验环道所得数据进行对比。利用闪蒸算法计算了水合物的生成量, 确定了管道内的流体相数、水合物开始出现的位置以及气液相的流量和摩尔组成, 获得了气液相的热力学参数。

     

    Abstract: Research on multi-phase has a history of more than 40 years.However, research on multi-phase flow including hydrate is rare.For multi-phase flow transportation problem including oil, gas, water and hydrate, the solid particle and liquid phase of hydrate is regarded as semi-slurry.The hydraulic, thermal, and phase equilibrium steady computational method of gas-hydrate slurry is given.The numerical results are compared with the field data.By using flash algorithm the hydrate quantity is calculated, the number of phases, the place where the hydrate begins to grow and the amount, the Moore components of gas-liquid two phase flow are determined.The thermal parameters of the gas-liquid phase flow are obtained thereafter.
