冷热原油顺序输送过程混油浓度的数值模拟

摘要: 基于Fluent多相流(VOF)模型, 采用有限容积法建立了顺序输送混油数学模型, 针对冷热原油顺序途经90弯头、10m落差的管输过程进行了数值模拟。以大庆原油和俄罗斯原油为例, 分析了不同输送顺序、流速、油温对混油浓度的影响。研究表明: 在冷热原油顺序输送过程中, 提高输送速率可以缩短混油段长度, 且在流速一定的情况下, 前行密度小、粘度低的俄油, 后行大庆油的温度相对越低, 掺混量越少; 当后行密度小、粘度低的俄油, 前行大庆油的温度相对越高, 掺混量越少。该数值模拟结果与管道的实际运行情况相符。Abstract: Based on FLUENT multiphase model(VOF).finite-volume method is used to establish a mathematical model for contamination of batch transportation.Numerical simulation on pipeline transportation process for the cold oil and hot oil via 90 elbow and 10 m's fall in turn is carried out.Taking the Daqing Crude Oil and Russian Crude Oil as an example, influence of different transportation sequence, flow rate and oil temperature on contamination density is analyzed.Results show that increasing transportation rate can reduce the contamination length during cold oil and hot oil batch transportation, and at given flow rate, for the forward Russian Crude Oil with lower density and viscosity, the relatively lower the temperature for the trailing Daqing Crude Oil is.the smaller the mixed volume is; for the trailing Russian Crude Oil with lower density and viscosity, the relatively higher the temperature for the forward Daqing Crude Oil is.the smaller the mixed volume is.which are matched with the actual running pipeline.
