Abstract: Aiming at the knowledge deviation currently in the pipeline integrity management for domestic oil and gas pipelines,all-around idea for pipeline integrity management technology is discussed from technical and managing sides.Combined with practical situation of pipeline operation and management for domestic oil and gas pipelines,top priority of pipeline integrity management for domestic oil and gas pipelines is stated from some respects including gathering the basic information dada in the period of pipeline construction,quality control of construction key link,guarantee for operation condition in the period of pipeline operation,obeying of operating rules,monitoring and data collecting of pipeline environmental conditions and reasonable strategic decision of pipeline maintenance.The guarantee methods of scientificalness and operation practicability for oil and gas pipeline integrity management plan are discoursed from facets in gradual progress of pipeline integrity management,advancement of decision methods,direction of integrity assessment technology and involvement of people of integrity management.
