控制储油温度延长成品油的储存期

Temperature Control to Extend Storage Period of Products

  • 摘要: 降低成品油的储存温度,可延长其有效储油期。山洞油库和覆土油库的储油温度基本为当地年平均气温,研究表明:成品油最优储油温度为16~20℃。基于该储油温度范围,对我国6座城市的地上钢油罐进行了储存温度的研究。在不同的气候条件下。可以采用制冷方式、空调方式、蓄冷方式或复合方式达到成品油长期储存对储油温度的控制要求。当来油温度较高时,应优先选择蓄冷方式在地上钢油罐中储存成品油。

     

    Abstract: Decreasing storage temperature of oil products can elongate its storage period.Oil products temperature at cavern tankfarm and the tankfarm with earth covered are basically at local mean annual temperature.Results show that the optimal storage temperature of oil products is at 16~20℃.Based on temperature rang for oil products storage specified in the standard, research on storage temperature of abovegrcund steel tanks distributed in domestic 6 cities is carried out.Under the conditions of different weather, refrigeration form, air conditioning method, accumulation of cold way or complex method can be utilized to meet the needs of long-term storage of oil products in controlling storage temperature.When temperature of inlet oil products is higher, accumulation of cold way should be given preference in order to store oil products in aboveground steel tank.
