哈萨克斯坦与我国原油管道工艺设计规范对比

Differential In the Process Design Standards of Oil Pipeline between CTΓy153-39-167-2006 and GB 50253-2006

  • 摘要: 通过对比哈萨克斯坦CTΓy153-39-167-2006《干线原油管道工艺设计规范》与我国GB 50253—2006《输油管道工程设计规范》,得出了两国在原油输送方式、油罐区设计、泄压系统设计及顺序输送混油计算等方面的差异。在输送方式方面,哈国原油长输管道采用分段独立密闭运行的方式,并对密闭长度加以限制。在原油管道站场油罐区设计方面,我国选用浮顶金属油罐,哈国基本使用拱顶油罐;我国规定油罐容积利用系数为0.9,哈国则有更详细的规定;库容计算方面哈国规定的比较简单,我国则分别针对输油首站和输入站、分输站和末站以及中间(热)泵站进行了不同的规定。在泄压系统的设计方面,我国规范未作明确规定,哈国规范则对泄压系统的设置条件、位置、数量以及泄压罐的罐容做出了详细规定。在顺序输送混油的计算方面,我国仅给出了成品油顺序输送的混油量计算经验公式,哈国则明确给出了原油顺序输送的混油量计算经验公式,值得借鉴和学习。

     

    Abstract: Comparison between Kazakhstan's "CTΓy153-39-167-2006 Process Design Standard for Oil Pipeline"and China's"GB 50253-2006 Design Standard for Oil Pipeline Project" is carried out.Results display that differentia exists in transportation way, tankfarm design, pressure relieving system and contamination calculation in batch transportation.In transportation way, Kazakhstan's standard adopts the subsection individual tight line running way in oil pipeline, and the length of tight line is limited; in tankfarm design for station of oil pipeline.China selects floating roof metal tank, while Kazakhstan basically uses dome roof oil tank; volume usage factor of tank specified in Chinds standard is 0.9, which is specified in more detailed way in Kazakhstans standard; in tank capacity calculation, Kazakhstans standard gives a simple regulation, however China's standard presents different regulations in initial station/inlet station, offtake station and terminaI station as well as intermittent station(heating station). In design of pressure relieving system, there is no explicit provision in China's standard, but the detailed provision exists in installation condition, location and quantity of pressure relieving system and capacity of pressure relieving system in Kazakhstans standard.In contamination calculation in batch transportation, only the empirical equation for contamination calculation in oil products batch transportation is provided in Chinas standard, while the empirical equation for contamination calculation in crude oil batch transportation is clearly given in Kazakhstan's standard, which is worth using for reference and learning.
