长输天然气管道输损管理

Gas Transmission Loss ControI of Long-distance Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 长输天然气管道输损是天然气管道输入总量和管存量与输出总量之差,通常采用输损率进行表征。结合西气东输管道的管理实践,从提高计量系统准确性、管存量计算准确性和放空作业管理水平等3个方面对长输天然气管道的输损管理进行了探讨。提出选用高精度等级的计量仪表、在大流量计量站配备管输天然气组分在线分析仪、完善计量仪表的运行管理、提高自用气计量和放空量计算的准确性、加强对方贸易交接计量仪表的日常监督管理等方面来提高计量系统的准确性;选用合适的管存计算方法、保证压缩因子计算和动态计量数据的准确性、合理划分和合并管存量计算管段,以提高管存量计算结果的准确性;通过加强站场和管道的巡检管理、减少压缩机组启停次数和设备维护放空量、完善开孔作业管理等措施,达到降低管道天然气放空量的目的。

     

    Abstract: Gas transmission loss of long-distance gas pipeline expresses the difference of inlet gas inventory and pipeline inventory vs outlet gas inventory, which is generally represented with gas transmission loss rate for transmission loss of pipeline.Combined with the management practice in West-to-East Gas Pipeline, how to control the gas transmission loss is discussed from improving accuracy of metedng system, increasing accuracy in pipeline inventory of gas calculation and enhancing management standards in venting operation.To improve the accuracy of metering system needs adopting high-precision metering device, installing on-line analyzer for gas component in large capacity metering station, perfecting running management of metering device, increasing the metering accuracy of self-consumable gas and the calculated veracity of venting volume, enhancing daily monitoring and management on the other side's custody transfer meters and so on; to improve the calculated accuracy of pipeline inventory of gas needs adopting available calculation method for the pipeline inventory of gas, ensuring the calculated accuracy about compressible factor and the veracity of dynamic metering data, rationally partitioning and merging pipeline inventory sections to be calculated to cut down gas venting volume needs strengthening routing inspection on pipeline and stations·decreasing switching frequency and venting for equipment maintenance, perfecting the management on hot tap operation.
