Inspection and Evaluation on the Cathodic Protection System In Renqiu Initial Pump Station

  • 摘要: 针对任丘首站管道阴极保护系统自投产运行以来,恒电位仪输出电流持续偏高的问题,对阴极保护电位和管道沿线防腐层性能进行了分析,评价结果显示:桩K001~桩K010管段防腐层性能发生一定程度的劣化,管道防腐层存在老化现象。通过PCM检测、阳极地床附近PCM试验和电位差计测量管中电流的方法,对管道阴极保护系统进行检测与评价,确定绝缘接头失效是任丘首站恒电位仪输出偏高的主要原因。

     

    Abstract: Since the cathodic protection system in Renqiu Initial Pump Station has been put into operation, output current of potentiostat is continuously on the high side.In the light of this problem, analysis and evaluation on CP protective potential and coating performance along pipeline are carried out.Results show that the performance of coating in pipe sections at Stake K001~K010 is deteriorated, and the coating is aged.By means of PCM inspection, PCM experiment near anode groundbed and metering PCM with potentiometer, inspection and evaluation on PC system of the pipeline are made, and it is concluded that failure of insulating joint is the main cause of this problem.
