节能涂料在原油管道加热炉上的试应用

Implementation of Energy Saving Coating Material in Heaters for Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种微纳米高温远红外节能涂料在原油管道加热炉的试应用情况,对不同测试条件下的测试结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:该节能涂料能明显降低加热炉的单位能耗,提高加热炉的热效率,但随着加热炉运行时间的延长,其节能效果逐年下降,使应用成本升高。为此,只有少数热负荷高、年耗油量大的加热炉使用该涂料才能产生经济收益。

     

    Abstract: Implementation of a high-temperature far-infrared energy saving coating material consisted of micro-nano component in heaters for oil pipeline is introduced.Comparison and analysis on different testing results at different experimental conditions are made.Results display that this energy saving coating material can remarkably decrease specific energy consumption and increase thermal efficiency of heater.However, with the elongation of running time of heater, energy saving effectiveness is decreased year by year.and applied cost is raised.Therefore, only few heaters with high thermal load and Oil consumption rate can apply the coating material.
