Abstract:
Implementation of a high-temperature far-infrared energy saving coating material consisted of micro-nano component in heaters for oil pipeline is introduced.Comparison and analysis on different testing results at different experimental conditions are made.Results display that this energy saving coating material can remarkably decrease specific energy consumption and increase thermal efficiency of heater.However, with the elongation of running time of heater, energy saving effectiveness is decreased year by year.and applied cost is raised.Therefore, only few heaters with high thermal load and Oil consumption rate can apply the coating material.
