复合型液封技术在液压安全阀上的应用

Application of Complex Liquid Sealing Technique in Hydraulic Relief Valve

  • 摘要: 某车间成品油储罐液压安全阀以45号变压器油作为单一液封油时,液封底部冷凝水低温结冰致使液压安全阀失效。选用—50号乙二醇防冻液作为液压安全阀的下层液封,45号变压器油作为上层液,组成复合型液封,用其取代单一武液封后,解决了液压安全阀底部凝结水结冰的问题,可在低温环境中安全运行。将液压安全阀丝堵改造为带直排阀的短接,可以有效控制排液的流速,提高了维护操作的安全性和工作效率。

     

    Abstract: In Karamay Petrochemical Company, #45 transformer oil was taken as single sealing oil in hydraulic relief valve of product tank, and condensate water at liquid sealing bottom froze due to low temperature, which resulted in failure of hydraulic relief valve.To solve this problem, #—50 antifreezing solution was chosen as lower levels liquid sealing of hydraulic relief valve, and #45 transformer oil was chosen as upper liquid,which composed complex liquid sealing.The complex liquid sealing effectively prevented the condensate water at the bottom of hydraulic relief valve frOm freezing,and met the needs of hydraulic relief valve in safe operation at low temperature environment.In addition, the plug of the hydraulic relief valve was transformed into a short joint with one-way valve to effectively control flow rate of liquid, which increased safety and work efficiency in daily care.
