Abstract: Influence factors of heating stations efficiency,transportation distance and bearing capacity of pipeline on different throughput hot pipeline are discussed, Results show that heating efficiency remarkably affects heating costs, however its influencing level is related to the throughput of pipeline.Variation of transportation distance slightly impacts the transportation fare at "ton/km", and it will slightly decrease with the enlargement of transportation distance. Influence of pipeline's bearing capacity on operation economy is more complicated, and higher bearing capacity can give full play to the advantages of pump head, which makes the power costs lowered.However, not all the higher the bearing capacity of pipeline is.The better the economy is; the proper bearing capacity related to economy is closely related to the station spacing, throughput, pump allocation as well as running way of pump.
