港枣成品油管道停输后管内压力下降原因

Cause Analysis oil Pressure Drawdown in GangZao Products Pipeline after Shutting Down

  • 摘要: 港枣成品油管道在实施计划停输期间。频繁出现管内压力大幅下降的问题。采用常温密闭输送工艺的长输成品油管道,管输油品在不同的温度和压力条件下,存在体积可压缩性和膨胀性,因此,在工艺计算中不应忽略温度对管输运行参数的影响。基于港枣成品油管道的相关数据,计算了温度对管内油品体积和管道压力的影响程度。分析认为:油品温度的降低是港枣成品油管道停输后管内压力出现平滑下降的主要原因。

     

    Abstract: Pressure in GangZao Product Pipeline is frequently lowered to a great extent during scheme shutting down.For the long- distance oil products pipeline operated by tight line process at ordinary temperature, volume compressibility and expansibility for transported oil products exist at the different temperature and pressure, therefore, the influence of temperature on running parameter of pipeline should not be ignored in process calculation.Based on relative data of GangZao Oil Products Pipeline, the effect of temperature on oil products volume and pressure is analyzed.Results show that decrease of oil products temperature is the major cause for the pressure drawdown after shutting down.
