带配重海管内壁和管端的特殊防腐技术

Special Corrosion Control Technique for Intemal Pipe Wall and Pipe Ends of Submarine Pipeline with Concrete Blocks

  • 摘要: 针对外带水泥配重和3PE防腐层的海管在储存期间出现的内壁和管端严重腐蚀问题,采用涡流无损检测技术,剔除了低于标准要求的海管,并对剩余海管进行了防腐工艺设计。使用管道内喷涂机器人进行防腐涂层涂敷,并对管端进行包扎和保护处理,使海管达到了临时储存的防腐要求和未来服役内壁高抗腐蚀的设计要求。

     

    Abstract: In the light of serious corrosion in internal pipe wall and pipe ends of submarine 3PE pipeline with concrete blocks during pipe stacking, the pipes below standard are rejected by means of vortex NDT technology·and corrosion control process design is carried out for the rest pipes.Anticorrosive coating on internal pipe wall is sprayed by robot, and pipe ends are wrapped up and protected, which makes the anticorrosive requirements in temporary stacking of pipes reached, and the design requirements for internal pipe wall on anti-corrosivity reached for the pipes in future service.
