Damp Heat Aging Performance of Hot-melt Adhesive for Heat Shrinkable Sleeve

  • 摘要: 依据GB/T 2792—1998和GB/T 7124—2008,研究了湿热加速老化对2种热收缩带产品热熔胶粘剂的剥离强度和搭接剪切强度的影响。研究表明:常温条件下,2种产品热熔胶粘剂对环氧底漆钢和主管道PE防腐层的剥离强度和搭接剪切强度随加速老化时间的延长而降低,且剥离强度降低幅度较大。高温条件下,2种产品热熔胶粘剂对环氧底漆钢和主管道PE防腐层的剥离强度和搭接剪切强度受湿热加速老化的影响较小。论述了在热收缩带产品的实验室检测标准中,增加热熔胶粘剂长期粘接性能和“热熔胶粘剂/主管道PE防腐层”结构件剪切性能测试要求的必要性。分析了热熔胶粘剂粘接性能衰减的原因,对于热熔胶粘剂的配方,提出了调节极性组分与非极性组分的匹配性、避免小分子组分、加宽各组分的分子量分布等改进建议。

     

    Abstract: Based on GB/T 2792-1 998 and GB/T 7124-2008, influence of damp heat aging on peel strength and lap shear strength of hot-melt adhesive for two kind of heat shrinkable sleeves is researched.Results show that peel strength and lap shear strength of hot-melt adhesive for two kinds of heat shrinkable sleeves on the steel with epoxy primer and PE coating of trunk pipeline are decreased with the increase of aging time,and especially the peel strength is greatly reduced at ambient temperature.At high temperature, influence of peel strength and lap shear strength of the adhesives on damp heat accelerated aging is slight.About laboratory test standard on heat shrinkable sleeve, the necessity to supplement the requirements in the testing of long-term adhesive performance for heat-melt adhesive and shear performance of structure for "heat-melt adhesive/trunk pipeline PE coating" is described.The reason for performance degradation of heat-melt adhesive is analyzed.For the ingredient of heat-melt adhesive, improvement suggestion in controlling the matching between polar component and non-polar component, avoiding small molecules component, widening the distribution of molecular weight for each component etc.are presented.
