温度参数对输气管道工艺设计的影响

  • 摘要: 以GB 50251的推荐公式为基础,建立了输气管道工艺计算模型,分析了模型变量之间的关联度,给出了工艺计算流程。选取不同的地温、管地温差、节流系数进行工艺计算,结果表明:地温越高,管地温差越大,节流系数越小,计算得到的站间距越小,该影响在较大管径、较高压力和较低输量时更明显;在研究条件下,地温对站间距的影响大于管地温差的影响,温差增大5 K的影响大于忽略节流效应的影响。

     

    Abstract: Based on the equations recommended in GB 50251, technology calculation model of gas transmission pipeline is set up, the incidence relation between variables in the model is analyzed and technology calculation workflow is given.Different ground temperatures, pipe-soil temperature differential and throttling factors are chosen to calculate.Results show that the higher the ground temperature is·the bigger the pipe-soil temperature differential is; the bigger the pipe-soil temperature differential is, the smaller the throttling factor is and the shorter the station spacing calculated, whose influence is more obvious at bigger pipe diameter, higher pressure and lower throughput.Under the conditions used in this work.the influence of ground temperature on the station spacing goes beyond that of pipe-soil temperature differential, and the influence, at temperature differential being increased to 5 K, surpasses that of throttling effect when it is ignored.
