基于磁场磁核分析的原油防蜡降粘机理

Study of magnetic paraffin-controlling mechanism based on the analysis of magnetic nucleuses

  • 摘要: 介绍了含蜡原油空间三维网状结构的形成机理及其研究进展,分析了磁场对石蜡磁性核的作用,研究了原油磁处理防蜡、降粘技术机理,并进行了试验验证。磁场作用下石蜡磁性核按能级规则取向排列,并绕磁场进动,改变了原油中石蜡的结晶过程,可以有效防止蜡晶形成三维网状结构,使石蜡结晶成核半径减小,结晶释放潜热增多,产生防蜡降粘的效果。

     

    Abstract: Formation mechanism and its research progress in special 3-D net structure of waxy crude oil are introduced.Function of magnetic field on paraffin magnetic cores is analyzed.Paraffin control and viscosity reducing of crude oil with magnetic treatment are studied and experimented.Under the function of magnetic field, magnetic cores of paraffin orient in order of level and procession around magnetic field; function of magnetic field varies wax deposition course of paraffin in crude oil, which can effectively prevent wax crystal forming 3-D net structure, and makes the core radius of wax crystal minor, latent heat released from wax crystal increased so as to control wax deposition and reduce viscosity of crude oil.
