付纳输气管道清管器运行距离和时间预测

Forecast on Running Distance and Time of Pig in FuNa Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在天然气长输管道建设和运行中,为了清除管内杂质,提高管壁光洁度和管输效率,须对油气管道实施清管作业。基于付纳输气管道的实际情况和选用的清管器类型,利用容积法计算了清管器的运行距离,运用平均压力修正了计算模型,并根据SY/T5922—2003《天然气管道运行规范》,用平均压力计算了清管器的运行时间,计算值与清管器实际到达目的地的时问只差5 min。

     

    Abstract: During construction and operation of long-distance natural gas pipeline, pigging operation must be carried out in order to clean impurities within the pipeline to increase smoothness of pipe wall and transmission efficiency of pipeline.Based on the type of the pig used and chosen for actual operating situation in FuNa Gas Pipeline, volumetric method is used to calculate running distance of the pig and correction on calculation model is made by means of mean pressure.In accordance with SY/T5922—2003 《Operating Standard of Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline》, running time of pig is computed with the mean pressure and calculated value and actual arrival time of the pig is 5 min. apart.
