隧道坡度对管道固定墩推力的影响规律

摘要: 采用能量法对斜坡隧道管道进出洞口处的固定墩推力进行了理论分析, 得到了解析计算公式, 利用VC语言编制了相应计算程序, 并将其集成到油气长输管道工程设计系统PIPSOD软件中。分析了隧道坡度对管道固定墩推力的影响规律, 发现进出洞口处固定墩推力均随坡度的增加而近似线性减小。应用4套管道有限元分析软件ANSYS、AutoPIPE、ALGOR及CAESARII, 针对川气东送工程石板岭隧道X70钢管道固定墩推力的PIPSOD能量法计算结果进行了精度验证, 结果表明: 能量法获得的解析解和有限元结果吻合很好, 其最大相对误差仅为4.5%, 能够满足工程设计的需要。Abstract: Theoretical analysis on the thrust of pipeline anchor at the portal of sloping tunnel is carried out based on energy method and analytic solution is obtained.With VC language, relative calculation procedure is programmed and integrated into PIPSOD software for design system of long-distance oil & gas pipeline project.Influence law of tunnel grade on the thrust of pipeline anchor is analyzed and it is seen that the thrust of anchor at the portal is all linearly decreased with the increase of grade.Precision verification is made on thrust calculation results by the energy method for X70 pipeline anchor located at Shibanling Tunnel in ChuanGas-to-East Project with five (4) sets of finite element analysis software ANSYS、AutoPIPE、ALGOR and CAESARII.Result shows that analytic solutions from the energy method is well fitted with that of finite element method, and the maximal relative error between them is only 4.5%, which can meet the needs of project design.
