含硫原油对输油管道的腐蚀性

Corrosivity of Sour Crude on Oil Pipelines

  • 摘要: 基于对7种不同产地和不同含硫量进口原油的成分分析和腐蚀性评价, 在实验室模拟输油管道的腐蚀环境, 对16Mn管道钢在7种含硫原油中的腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明: 活性硫含量是影响原油腐蚀性最主要的因素; 腐蚀性对温度的敏感性与活性硫占总硫的含量有关; 温度越高, 活性硫含量越大, 原油的腐蚀性越强。研究成果对输油管道的腐蚀寿命预测具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on component analysis and corrosivity evaluation on 7 kinds of imported crude oils produced from different regions with different sulfur contents, the corrosion behavior of these 7 kinds of sour crude on 16Mn pipe steel is analyzed under the condition of simulated corrosion environment of oil pipeline in laboratory.The experimental research results show that active sulfur content is the uppermost factor on crude's corrosivity; corrosivity on the sensitivity of temperature is related to the content of active sulfur which accounts for total sulfur; the higher the temperature is, the more the active sulfur content has, and the stronger the corrosivity of crude oil is.It is considered that the research findings are of instructive significance in service life prediction of corroded pipeline.
