长庆油田污水罐防腐技术

Corrosion Control Technology of Wastewater Tank in Changqing Oilfield

  • 摘要: 基于长庆油田各类污水罐的腐蚀状况调查和影响因素分析, 总结了多年来长庆油田对污水罐采取的各种腐蚀防护措施, 包括涂层防护技术及涂层与电化学联合防护技术。污水罐内表面防腐技术包括: 环氧玻璃鳞片防腐涂料、改性环氧涂料、环氧玻璃内衬技术、超音速复合喷涂内防腐工艺, 几种技术各有其优缺点。污水罐外表面涂层防腐则根据不同部位, 不同外部环境及不同涂料的特点, 有针对性地采取相应的技术措施。提出涂层与电化学联合保护技术将成为长庆油田污水罐腐蚀防护的主要措施, 同时提出了今后污水罐腐蚀防护技术的研究发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Based on corrosion situation investigation and influence factor analysis on different types of wastewater tanks in Changqing Oilfield, corrosion control measures taken over the years in waste water tanks in the Oilfield are summarized, including coating protection technique and protection technique of coating combined with electrochemistry.Inner surface corrosion control method of wastewater tank includes epoxy glass flake coating material, modified epoxy resin, epoxy-glass liner method and internal corrosion control method by supersonic speed complex spraying process.Application shows that there are advantage and disadvantage in each method.While external surface corrosion control of wastewater tank is to take relative special measures according to different positions of the tank, external environment and coating materials used.The authors propose that coating combined with electrochemistry technique to prevent wastewater tank from corroding is a main corrosion control method in Changqing Oilfield, and future research development direction in corrosion control technique of wastewater tank is presented at the same time.
