基于因子分析法的管道外腐蚀因素分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Pipeline External Corrosion Based on Factor Analysis Method

  • 摘要: 介绍了因子分析法的概念和数学模型,利用功效系数法对指标数据进行了无量纲化处理;根据KMO统计量和Bartlett球型检验结果,判断样本数据基本适合进行因子分析;利用主成分分析法和SPSS 13.0统计分析软件确定了公共因子数和公共因子载荷数。利用因子分析法对某油田埋地集输管道沿线8个管段土壤样本的理化性质检测数据进行了分析,将6个理化性质检测变量综合成2个公共因子。对该管道腐蚀影响程度较强的土壤电化学性质因素依次是氧化还原电位、氯离子含量、硫酸根离子含量和pH值,而对该管道腐蚀影响程度次之的土壤物理性质因素依次是土壤电阻率和含水量。

     

    Abstract: Conception and mathematical model of factor analysis method are given and dimensionless optimization disposal is made on index data by using efficiency coefficient method. Accarding to KMO statistic and Bartlett sphere test results, sample data told is basically fitted to factar analysis: common factor value and common factor loading value are detemined through utlizing principal component analysis and SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis software. Physicochemical property test data from soil samples of 8 pipe sections along buried gathering pipeline in some oilfield are analyzed based on factor analysis method, and 6 physicochemical property test variables are composited into 2 common factors. Results display that the first stronger soil electrochemical properties factors on corrosion impact level of the pipeline successively is oxidation-reduction potential, chloride ion content, sulfate radical ion content and pH value, and the second one successively is soil resistivity and water content.
