Contamination lssue of Benzene and Hexamethylene in Batch Transportation

  • 摘要: 介绍了成品油顺序输送混油量的计算方法,计算了南方某石化公司厂际管道实行顺序输送的混油量;基于环己烷和苯的质量控制指标与质量潜力,进行环己烷和苯的混掺试验,通过考察含水量、折光率、凝点、结晶点、酸碱度等指标的的变化情况,确定不同输送顺序下环己烷和苯的最大掺混比例,以指导顺序输送中的混油回掺工作。

     

    Abstract: Calculation method of contamination volurme in batch transportation is introduced and contamination volurme prodiced from an interplant pipeline in some Sauth China Petrochemical Corporation is calculated. Based on quality control index and quality potential of benzene and hexamethylene, blending test is made to observe changing circumstance of water content, refractive index, set point, crystallization point and pH value, etc. in order to determine the maximurn blending proportion of benzene and hexamethylene at diferent transportation sequences for the purpose of guiding contamination blending during batch transportation.
