Optimization on Technical Process of Large-scale Oil Tankfarms

  • 摘要: 目前建成的大型原油储备库罐区,工艺流程以单管串联流程、单管并联流程、双管流程和独立管道流程为主。分析了各种流程的优缺点,提出了选择大型原油储备库罐区工艺流程的原则:针对油库的功能定位,根据生产经营油品的种类、性质、数量、周转频率、混油要求等,进行技术经济比选,科学合理地确定工艺流程,避免刻意追求功能过于复杂的流程,以达到节省投资、调度灵活、降低运行成本的目的。

     

    Abstract: At present, technical process taken in as-built large-scale oil tankfarms is mainly single-pipe series process, single-pipe parallel process, double-pipe process and independent-pipe process. Advantages and disadvantages of these processes are analyzed, and principle for selecting technical process of large-scale oil fankfarms is presented. Aiming at function definition of a oil tankarm, technical economic evaluation is carried out based on types, property, quantity, turnover frequency and contamination requirements of marketed oil in order to determine technical process scientifically and rationally, avoid seeking such technical process as incredibly complicated functions, to realize the goal of low investment, flexible schedtling and lower runing costs.
