Research Progress in Droplet Distribution Property of Oil/Water Two-phase Dispersed Flow

  • 摘要: 综述了油水两相流液滴分布特性的国内外研究现状,介绍了油水两相分散流液滴的形成机理,讨论了液滴在管道中聚合与破裂的原因和过程,着重分析了液滴粒径及其分布的主要影响因素。研究表明:在油水两相分散流中,液滴的聚合与破裂受湍流应力,各相粘度、密度和界面张力的影响,液滴的破裂和聚合决定了液滴的粒径和分布,液滴的粒径和分布与油水物性、管材、油水两相流速度等因素有关。

     

    Abstract: Study situation in droplet distribution performance of oil/water two-phase flow at home and abroad is reviewed. in this paper, formation mechanism of droplet in oil/water two-phase dispersed flow is introduced, aggregation and rupture causes and course of the droplet within pipeline are discussed and main infuencing factors of particle size of droplet and its distribution are analyzed emphatically. Result shows that in oil/water two-phase dispersed flow, aggregation and rupture of droplet are affected by turbulent stress, viscosity of each phase, density and interfacial tension; aggregation and rupture of droplet depend on particle size of droplet and its distribution, and the particle size of droplet and its distribution is related to the factors of oil/water property, pipe material and velocity of oil/water two-phase flow.
