Abstract:
Study situation in droplet distribution performance of oil/water two-phase flow at home and abroad is reviewed. in this paper, formation mechanism of droplet in oil/water two-phase dispersed flow is introduced, aggregation and rupture causes and course of the droplet within pipeline are discussed and main infuencing factors of particle size of droplet and its distribution are analyzed emphatically. Result shows that in oil/water two-phase dispersed flow, aggregation and rupture of droplet are affected by turbulent stress, viscosity of each phase, density and interfacial tension; aggregation and rupture of droplet depend on particle size of droplet and its distribution, and the particle size of droplet and its distribution is related to the factors of oil/water property, pipe material and velocity of oil/water two-phase flow.
