Related Issues about Decision Support for Oil & Gas Transportation Dispatching System

  • 摘要: 介绍了供应链仿真技术在国内外的应用现状。探讨了供应链仿真技术用于油气资源调运系统合理运营的可能性。分别讨论了油品调运系统和液化天然气(LNG)资源调配系统的组成和技术特点,分析了在面对复杂供需环境时需要解决的问题,提出了解决问题的思路,建议对复杂系统的决策支持技术进行研究,支持复杂系统的科学决策,真正体现油气集中调运的优势。

     

    Abstract: Application status of supply chain simuation technique at home and abroad is introduced and probability of the technique applied in rational operation of oil and gas resource distribution system is discussed. Constitution and technical characteristics of oil distribution and LNG distribution systems are discussed separately. The authors analyze the problems needed to be solvedwhen facing with complicated oil & gas supply-demand environment and propose solutions to the problems. Suggestions in researching decision-making support technology for complex systems are presented to support scientif decision-making of the complex systems in order to reflect the advantage of the overall oil & gas concentrated distributing in word and deed.
