天然气孔板计量问题

Problems in Orifice Metering of Natural Gas

  • 摘要: 随着天然气贸易的发展, 对天然气流量准确计量的要求越来越高, 孔板计量是最常用的流量计量方法。介绍了孔板计量的原理和国内外应用现状, 总结了孔板计量的特点和流量计算方法, 分析了天然气孔板计量中存在的问题及其产生的原因, 提出了提高天然气孔板计量准确度的方法与建议, 认为我国应尽快改变在天然气计量领域中体积计量方式仍占统治地位的现状, 而是改用能量计量方式, 与国际接轨。

     

    Abstract: With the development of natural gas trade, higher precision in natural gas metering is required.Orifice metering is a commonly used metering method for flowrate.Principle and application situations of orifice metering method at home and abroad are introduced.Property and flowrate metering method of orifice metering method are summarized, issues in orifice metering method and the cause are analyzed, method and suggestion to increase gas metering precision of orifice metering method are presented.It is considered that the situation in which volume metering manner still dominating in gas metering field should be changed as soon as possible and energy metering manner should be used to meet with international convention.
