Trenchless Pipe Pushing Technology and Equipment of Steel Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对埋地管道施工中非开挖敷设量与日俱增的现状, 介绍了非开挖设备的性能和技术特点, 指出了机械顶管技术的优越性及其在国内外的发展与应用。阐述了顶管施工的基本工作原理, 着重介绍了在城市埋地管道网建设中常用的泥水平衡掘进机和土压平衡掘进机的施工工艺流程和施工装备的主要组成部分和功能。通过分析不同地质条件下多刀盘土压平衡掘进机、单刀盘土压平衡掘进机、刀盘可伸缩式泥水平衡掘进机及偏心破碎泥水平衡掘进机的性能特点, 给出了顶管装备的选择方法。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the situation of trenchless pipe laying increase steadily in buried pipeline construction, performance of trenchless equipment and technical characteristics are introduced, and advantages of machinery pipe pushing technology and its development and application at home and abroad are given.Basic work principle of pipe pushing operation is described, and mud-water balance tunneler and soil-pressure tunneler commonly used in construction of city pipeline networks, construction process and main constitution and functions of the construction equipments are emphatically introduced.Through analyzing performances and characteristics of multi-blade disc soil-pressure balance tunneler, single-blade soil-pressure tunneler, adjustable blade mud-water balance tunneler and eccentric crushing mud-water balance tunneler used at different geological conditions, methods to select pipe pushing equipment are given.
