沉管技术在长输管道河谷段的施工应用

Application of Pipe Sinking Technique in Valley Pipeline Construction

  • 摘要: 根据国内某天然气长输管道工程长丰河河谷段的施工背景, 分析了应用沉管技术的必要性, 并从测量放线、管沟开挖、防腐层检测等方面介绍了沉管技术的施工要点。工程实践表明: 沉管施工技术解决了常年有水且地下水位比较高的河床内管道敷设的难题, 且具有工期短、安全可靠、效益高、不受施工季节影响的特点, 适合在类似工程中推广应用。

     

    Abstract: According to construction background of some gas pipeline project in Changfeng River Valley domestically, necessity to adopt pipe sinking technique is analyzed, and construction key point of pipe sinking technique is introduced from facets of survey layout, trench excavation and coating detection.Engineering practice indicates that this kind of technique is able to solve the problem in pipe laying in valley where water of high water table is flowing all year round.The technique is characterized by short construction period, safety and reliability, high efficiency and free of influence on seasonal construction.It is suitable for application in similar gas pipeline project.
