石太管道顺序输送的压力变化与控制

Pressure Variation and Control of Batch Transportation in ShiTai Oil Product Pipeline

  • 摘要: 大落差成品油管道在顺序输送时, 混油界面的粘度变化和翻越点处的高程落差, 使得管道输量和各站的进出站压力发生复杂的变化。针对石太成品油管道的高庄—阳泉管段和阳泉—晋中管段2个大落差控制难点, 在顺序输送工况条件下, 计算了水力特性, 分析了进出站压力变化, 提出了在各关键点的压力控制方案, 以保证管道的安全运行, 并降低顺序输送的混油量。

     

    Abstract: When an oil product pipeline having great fall is operated with batch transportation process, viscosity change of contamination interface and elevation fall at turnover point make pipeline's throughput and inlet outlet pressure at pumping stations variable complicatedly.In the light of two fall control points at Gaozhuang-Yangquan pipeline section and Yangquan-Jinzhong pipeline section over ShiTai Oil Product Pipeline, hydraulic characteristics of the two sections are calculated under the condition of batch transportation process, inlet/outlet pressure variations are analyzed and pressure control programs for the fall control points are presented to ensure safety operation of pipeline and decrease contamination volume produced in batch transportation.
