Technical Improvement on Seal Gas System of CDP-416 Compressor

  • 摘要: 对陕京输气管道府谷压气站CDP-416型离心压缩机密封系统和密封气供应系统进行改造, 更新并完善了干气密封系统的供应流程和控制过程, 对密封气供应系统实施了加装手动球阀、增加辅助密封气备用气源、更新操作规范、人工控制辅助密封气的供应压力、缩短停机后机组壳体内工艺气的放空时间等改造措施, 使机组在不同运行阶段, 密封介质的供应流程更趋合理, 满足了机组对密封气的要求, 节约了大量氮气。

     

    Abstract: Technical improvement on sealing system and seal gas supply system of CDP-416 Centrifugal Compressor is carried out in Fugu Compressor Station of Shanxi-Beijing Gas Transmission Pipeline.In the technical improvement, supply technical process and control process of dry gas seal system are renewed and perfected.For the gas seal supply system, installing manual ball valve, increasing auxiliary spare seal gas resource, renewing operating standard, manually controlling supply pressure of auxiliary seal gas, shortening venting time of process gas within compressor after it shuts down are carried out.All these make supply process of seal medium more rational for the operating of compressor sets at different stages, and meet the requirements of seal gas supply for compressor sets and save more nitrogen.
