输油站加热炉运行节能分析

Energy Saving Analysis of Heater Operation in Oil Pumping Stations

  • 摘要: 根据近两年中国石化储运分公司输油站加热炉的监测数据, 指出了排烟温度、空气系数严重超标是输油站加热炉运行中存在的突出问题。将加热炉超标分为3类非正常运行工况, 分析了不同工况的特点和超标原因, 提出了实现运行节能的技术对策和建议。

     

    Abstract: Based on monitored data in recent two years obtained by Oil Pumping Stations of Sinopec Storage & Transportation Company, flue gas temperature and air coefficient in excess of standards are the more outstanding issues in heaters' operation of pumping stations.The out-of-limits issue in heaters is classified into three abnormal operating conditions.Characteristics under different operating conditions and excessive causes are analyzed.Technical countermeasures and suggestions to realize energy saving during heaters' operation are put forward.
