油田注汽锅炉燃油改烧热煤气技术

Technology of Changing Steam-injection Oil-burning Boiler into Burning Hot Gas

  • 摘要: 介绍了注汽锅炉改烧热煤气的技术原理、技术特点、工艺流程等。以辽河油田金马注汽站注汽锅炉改烧热煤气为例, 计算了实施注汽锅炉改造后的经济效益, 证明了油田燃油(天然气)的注汽锅炉改烧热煤气技术具有安全高效、节能环保的优点, 社会效益和经济效益明显。

     

    Abstract: Principle, characteristics and technological process of changing steam-injection oil-burning boiler into burning hot gas boiler are introduced.Taking the changing case in Jinma Steam-injection Station in Liaohe Oilfield as an example, economic effectiveness for the improved steam-injection boiler is calculated.Results show that the technology of changing steam-injection oil-burning boiler into burning hot gas has the advantages of safety and high efficiency and is in favour of energy saving and environmental protection with notable social and economic benefits.
