Energy Consumption Analysis and Efficiency Calculation of Heavy Oil Gathering System

  • 摘要: 针对稠油集输系统存在的一系列生产问题, 结合我国各主要油田目前采用的节能降耗新技术, 给出了辽河油田稠油集输系统效率的计算方法。根据转油站和高二联合站效率的计算结果, 分析了稠油集输系统能耗分布情况, 找出了影响系统效率的主要因素, 提出了稠油集输系统的改造方案。与改造前相比, 稠油集输系统能耗明显降低, 取得了预期效果。

     

    Abstract: In the light of series operating problems in heavy oil gathering system and combined with new energy saving and reducing energy consumption technology applied presently in domestic main oilfields, the paper provides an efficient calculation method about heavy oil gathering system of Liaohe Oilfield. According to the efficient calculation results in oil transfer station and Gao'er multi-purpose station, distribution of energy consumption in heavy oil gathering system is analyzed to find out major factors influencing the system efficiency, and technical improvement program is proposed. Compared with the system unimproved, energy consumption in heavy oil gathering system is remarkably decreased and desired effect is obtained.
