密闭管段原油压力与温度的关系
Relationship between Pressure and Temperature in Closed Crude Oil Pipe Sections

摘要: 分析了密闭管段内原油受热膨胀时压力随温度的变化关系。基于密闭管段内完全充满原油且不含可溶解于原油的气体, 以及密闭管段内含有不溶解于原油的气体两种假设, 建立了数学模型; 对比分析了中哈原油管道阿拉山口输油站压力变化理论计算结果与实测生产数据, 并通过数据拟合, 得出了两种模型的经验公式, 为阿拉山口输油站冬季投用电伴热时温控器设定温度的确定提供了理论依据。Abstract: Relationship of pressure with the change of temperature when oil heated in closed pipe section expands is analyzed. Based on two assumptions, crude oil is fully filled within the closed pipe section and no oil soluble air. and with oil nonsoluble air within the section, mathematical models are built up. Theoretical calculation results and measured data on pressure change in Alataw Pass Pumping Station of Sino-Kazakhstan Oil Pipeline are compared and analyzed. Empirical equations of two models are obtained by means of data fitting, which provides theoretical foundation in determining winter set temperature of electric tracing for Alataw Pass Pumping Station.
