大型储罐单总线测温装置的研制

Development of Unibus Temperature Sensor Device in Large-scale Tank

  • 摘要: 为了研究大型储罐储油的温降规律, 根据浮顶油罐传热的特点, 在油罐不同位置上布设了温度监测点, 研制了大型储罐温度监测装置。该装置以PC/104嵌入式主机和DS18B20数字温度传感器为基础, 采用单总线协议, 不仅改变了传统的布线方式, 而且大大节约了施工成本, 实现了数据的现场储存和多方式远传。

     

    Abstract: To research temperature drop law of oil stored in large-scale tank, temperature monitoring points are laid out at different locations of tank based on heat transfer performance of floating roof tank and temperature monitoring device for large-scale tank is developed. This device is based on PC/104 embedded host system and DS18B20 digital temperature sensor and adopts unibus protocol, which not only changes conventional cabling form, but also greatly saves installation cost. This device can be used to realize field storage of data and multi-form remote transmission.
