压力对含水原油析蜡过程的影响

  • 摘要: 应用高温高压流变仪,以渤海油田含蜡原油为研究对象开展试验,测量了不同压力、不同含水率下的原油粘度,探讨了压力对油水混合物析蜡过程和析蜡点的影响。结果表明:在不同压力下油水混合物的粘温特性曲线符合指数规律,同时原油粘度与压力亦呈指数关系。当压力从0.1MPa增至12.0 MPa时,析蜡点随压力线性升高,平均升幅约0.1℃/MPa;在相同的压力下,不同含水率原油的析蜡点平均偏差0.2℃,说明含水率对渤海含蜡原油的析蜡点影响不大。

     

    Abstract: Taking the waxy oil from Bohai Oilfield as an research target, experiment to measure oil viscosity at different pressures and water cut is made through adopting high-temperature and high-pressure rheometer, and influence of pressure on wax deposition course and wax deposition point of oil-water mixer is investigated.Results show that viscosity-temperature curve of oil-water mixer at different pressures agrees to the exponential law, and meanwhile。oil viscosity with pressure also appears exponential relationship.When pressure increases from 0.1 MPa to 12.0 MPa, wax deposition point raises linearly with pressure。and mean increase range is about 0.1 ℃/MPa; at a same pressure, mean deviation of wax deposition point at different water cut is 0.2 ℃, which shows that water cut has a slight impact on wax deposition point of Bohai waxy crude oil.
