天然气减阻剂及其减阻机理的研究进展

Research Progress in Natural Gas DRA and Its Drag Reduction Mechanism

  • 摘要: 针对天然气减阻剂在输气管道运行中的迫切需求,综述了国外天然气减阻剂60年的发展历史,介绍了中国石油管道研究中心天然气减阻剂的研究进展,其中试产品在工业应用验中取得了8%~10%的减阻效果,且减阻效果持续两月有余。分析了输气管道的水力摩阻等参数,探讨了天然气减阻剂的作用机理,从微观角度认识到输气管道减阻的本质是减小能量损失,并提出了通过弹性碰撞解决能量损失的减阻新理念。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the urgent demand of natural gas DRA in gas pipeline operation, developing history of gas DRA in foreign countries over 60 years is reviewed.Research progress in natural gas DRA carried out in PetroChina Pipeline R & D Centre is introduced, in which, pilot plant test On DRA product gets 8%~10% effectiveness of sound drag reduction in commercial applied test and the effectiveness is available for a period over two months.Parameters such as hydraulic frictional resistance, etc.of gas pipelines are analyzed and mechanism of gas DRA action is investigated.It iS understood at a microcosm angle that an essence of drag reduction for gas pipelines is to reduce its energy loss.A new concept in drag reduction of gas pipelines by elastic collision to decrease energy lOSS iS proposed.
