两种管流试验模型流速确定方法的比较

Comparison oil Two Determination Methods for Flow Rate of Pipe Flow Test Model

  • 摘要: 采用管流试验装置模拟实际成品油管道时,常采用相似原理来确定试验模型。比较了使用相似原理和有效剪切应力相等原理2种方法确定管流试验装置流速的合理性。结果表明:在管壁性质改变时采用相似原理来确定模型的流速是不适用的,而有效剪切应力相等原理能够保证管内流动状态与实际工业管道一致,验证了有效剪切应力相等原理的合理性。

     

    Abstract: When pipe flow test device is used to simulate the industrial pipeline, similarity theorem is always applied to determine test model. A comparison on similarity theorem and principle of equal effective equivalent shear stress is carried out. Results demonstrate that it is irrational to determine flow rate of test device by the similarity theorem when wall changes, while the principle of equal effective equivalent shear stress can ensure the conformity of pipe flow state with actual industrial pipeline, which verity the rationality of principle of equal effective equivalent shear stress.
