成品油管道弯管起皱高度超标原因与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures on Oversized Surface Wrinkle at Elbow Pipe of Oil Product Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对某成品油管道弯管在生产过程中表面起皱高度超标的问题,进行了生产过程调查和试验分析,结果表明设备液压系统启动滞后和加工工艺设计不当是导致弯管起皱高度超标的主要原因。通过对液压系统采取预加压2~3 s,调整加热功率与开启推进装置、冷却装置的时机,彻底解决了弯管起皱超标的问题。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to oversized surface wrinkle at elbow pipe of products pipeline during bending, investigation and experimental analysis on bending process are carried out. Results show that startup hysteresis of hydraulic system and inappropriate design of processing technology result in oversized surface wrinkle at elbow pipe. Countermeasures taken in prestressing 2 to 3 seconds, adjusting heating power and the time to open advancing and/or cooling devices can completely solve the problem of oversized surface wrinkle at elbow pipe.
