油罐火灾的扑救措施

Fire Fighting Measures for Tank Fire

  • 摘要: 针对油罐火灾的特点,从扑救方式、战术、技术方法3个方面论述了油罐火灾的基本扑救措施。系统分析了目前油罐火灾扑救中存在的问题,包括灭火装置和灭火剂易在火灾初期和救火期间受损或失效,火灾扑救困难且危险性高,火灾扑救投入力量大等。探讨和总结了油罐火灾扑救的新方法与新技术,如在管内外设置新型灭火系统、改善灭火剂性能、采用磁吸式泡沫钻枪等,为快速、高效地扑救油罐火灾提供了有价值的参考。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to characteristics of tank fire, basic fire fighting measures for tank fire are described from fire control technique, tactics and method. Problems in fire fighting of tank fire are systemically analyzed including damage or failure of fire extinguishing apparatus and extinguishing agent during initial fire hazard and fire fighting process, difficult to control with higher risk and huge economic loss resulted in fire hazard. New method and technique in fire fighting of tanks are discussed and summarized such as installing new-type extinguishing system inside or outside the tanks, improving performance of extinguishing agent and adopting magnetic pulling form gundrill, which provide a valuable reference in fast and efficient control of tank fire.
