Abstract: Basic structure of production and management plan and specific content of different functional plan for petroleum pipeline enterprises are set forth from different angles. Based on different characteristics of business strategies plan and stage plan for the petroleum pipeline enterprises, basic formulation process of production and management plan for petroleum pipeline enterprises is introduced. Taking a mid-term production and management plan as an example, specific procedure for plan formulation is described.
