弥散型腐蚀管道氢致微裂纹扩展的有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis on Diffusion Growth of HIC Micro-cracks for Corroded Pipeline

  • 摘要: 研究了弥散型缺陷管道氢致微裂纹扩展规律、裂纹扩展速率和裂纹扩展影响因素。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,模拟了损伤管道微裂纹的扩展过程。结果表明:对于管道的弥散型腐蚀,管道内壁腐蚀最严重,由管道内壁向外腐蚀逐渐减弱。对弥散型腐蚀管道微裂纹扩展的有限元分析,可为腐蚀损伤管道的剩余强度和寿命评价提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: For the diffusion defects pipeline with HIC micro-cracks, growth rules of micro-crack, crack growth rate and influence factors of crack growth are researched.Growth process of micro-crack of damaged pipeline is simulated using finite element method of ANSYS software.Results show that for the pipeline with diffusion defects, corrosion at internal wall of pipe is most serious, and corroding along the internal wall of pipe to external is gradually weakened.Carrying out finite element analysis about diffusion micro-crack growth for corroded pipeline can provide a technical support in residual strength and se rvice life evaluation of corroded pipelines.
