长输管道水击泄压阀的改进与应用

Improvement and Application of Surge Reliever in Long-distance Pipelines

  • 摘要: 介绍了氮气式水击泄压阀的工作原理。针对氮气式水击泄压阀在使用过程中存在的问题,研制了双控自力式轴流泄压阀,应用效果良好。双控自动式轴流泄压阀不仅克服了氮气式水击泄压阀的诸多缺点,而且安全系数成倍提高,为长输管道的安全平稳运行提供了保障。

     

    Abstract: Work principle of nitrogen surge reliever and its issues in application are introduced.In allusion to problems in nitrogen surge reliever, double control self-operated surge reliever is developed with a sound running effect.This surge reliever not only overcomes shortcomings existed in nitrogen surge reliever, but also increases safety factor exponentially, which can provide a reliable safeguard for steady operation of long-distance pipelines.
