大型储罐环保型除锈机的研制

Development of Environment-friendly Deruster for Large-scale Tanks

  • 摘要: 针对当前大型储罐现场除锈存在的原料消耗量大、环境污染严重的问题,开展了大型储罐环保型除锈机的研制。介绍了除锈机的构成和设计特点;叙述了除锈机的主要组成部分:磁力爬行机构、吸附系统、密闭装置、电控系统、安全保护装置、喷砂除锈设备和回收净化系统的研制,介绍了磁力爬行机构负重、砂罐、内压圆筒、内压锥壳和外压锥壳的设计计算。中试应用试验结果表明:大型储罐环保型除锈机在改善喷砂作业环境、减轻劳动强度、降低作业成本等方面均表现出相当的优越性。

     

    Abstract: In the light of higher consumption of raw material and serious environment pollution during site derusting of large-scale tanks, development of environment-friendly deruster for large-scale tanks is carried out.Structure and design characteristics of the deruster are introduced and primary constitution of the deruster such as magnetic crawling mechanism and adsorbing system, obturator, electrical controlling system, safety/protection device, blast cleaning device and recycling/purlfying system are described in emphasis.Design and calculation on weight-bearing, sand pot, internal pressure cylinder, inner/outer pressure conical shell of magnetic crawling mechanism are provided.Pilot scale test shows that this deruster has considerable advantages in improving blasting operation environment, reducing labor intensity and/or operation cost.
