长距离输气管道的优化设计

Optimal Design of Long-distance Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 基于气体在管道中一元流动的连续性方程、状态方程、运动方程和能量方程,建立数学模型并确定边界条件,利用四阶龙格-库塔法进行数值求解,使用VB程序设计语言编写计算程序,在确保管道经济效益最佳的情况下,对管道主要参数进行优化设计。经算例验证,该设计方法可为管道优化设计提供一定参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on one dimensional flow of equation of continuity, equation of state, equation of motion and energy equation for gas pipeline, mathematical model is set up and boundary condition is determined.Numerical solving is carried out with fourth-order Runge-Kutta solution and VB program design language is applied to write calculation procedure.Primary parameters for pipeline are designed on the basis of optimization to obtained optimized economic profits for gas pipeline.Calculation case shows that the above-mentioned design method can provide an important technical support to optimal design of long-distance gas pipeline.
