LNG卸料管道专用隧道的安全设计

Safety Design for Exclusive Tunnel of LNG Unloading Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了国外2个陆上液化天然气(LNG)接收站采用LNG卸料管道专用隧道连接离岸卸船码头和LNG储罐区的案例:美国Cove Point LNG和日本Ohgishima LNG。基于这2条LNG管道专用隧道的情况,分析了广东某LNG项目卸料管道专用隧道的特点,提出其安全性设计需要重点考虑的5个要素:内部空间分区或隔离、充氮密封或强制通风、监控设施、防结冰措施、防止LNG不受控外溢。研究成果可为国内其它类似工程的设计和研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Two exclusive tunnels of LNG unloading pipeline (American Cove Point LNG and Japanese Ohgishima LNG) used to connect offshore unloading wharf and LNG tankfarm are introduced.Based on the general information about the two exclusive tunnels, characteristics of exclusive tunnel of unloading pipeline in Guangdong LNG Project are analyzed.5 factors to be emphatically considered in safety design are presented, interior space zoning or separating, nitrogen sealing or forced ventilation, supervising or monitoring facilities, anti-freezing measures and preventing uncontrollable spilling of LNG.It is considered that the research results can be used as a reference in design and study of domestic similar projects.
